Yes sure, if you want a 7 patch set you can add stickers 5 stickers with no added postage.

Yes no problem. You’ll just make it under the weight for no extra postage.
So $12 for 4 pins including postage + 4 stickers @ $1.50 each ($6) = $18USD
When you make the PayPal payment include in the notes what you are buying and ensure your address is up to date. Let me know if you need anymore info.
