OK, well I am really proud to be a member of one of the only groups of Imperial troops that actually kicked some rebel scum ass on-screen!
My name's Steve and I live in the UK. I have three costumes in the making atm and it looks like my Snowie is gonna be the first completed (Yay! ).
I'm looking forward to my first troop in the new year, and it looks like I've picked the right costume for that time of year - pretty Siberian weather at times over here, tho no snow just yet.
I'm in the British Army, and am old enough to remember watching ANH in the cinema all those years ago. That film, and its successors, had a huge impact on me, and I regret not getting into this scene at a much earlier stage. Still, it's never too late, and I'm enjoying getting all these life-size Star Wars toys!

Welcome to BF, Steve!
Lots of great people here, and you'll have plenty of encouragement. Make sure you get a set of quality armor (don't go to e-beast!!!), and you'll love the build, and wearing it.
12 of us in the Mountain garrison did a mass-build of MC TS's, and we could not be happier!
Best of luck, trooper!
