Greetings Blizzard Force! My name is Greg and I live in Ottawa Canada. I am looking to join the 501st. Life long Star Wars fan since '77 and the snowtrooper is my favourite version of the armor. I don't currently have a kit but I want to purchase a TM kit. I need help with a duster and gloves. Wondering if there are kits available in Canada or a little closer than the UK. Thank you for letting me join and I look forward to serving with you all.

Welcome, friend! That I know of, there are no kits in Canada, but there are two or three in the US. Dan Laws, Walt’s Trooper Factory, and now and then MonCal will do a run of two or three

I will have some TS kits available in a few weeks, and TM has an awesome set of armor. You will not be disappointed . But for soft parts , Woody Howton is making dusters and pouches . Woodman is his name on the legion boards . Or woody howton on Facebook.

I highly recommend the TM kit. He also sells an amazing strapping kit that supplies everything you’ll need. You can see all the details in my build:

I’d recommended a Dan Laws kit, he’s based out I’d Washington state. Amazing quality. I have one.

Depending on your height and size a TM kit is a little smaller in the chest plate and backpack so th6 suit a more compact trooper.

Best of luck on your journey in the land of the Great White north!

Welcome aboard :)
I do offer small runs of kits occasionally in the vendor area of the forums. I can also take names to be put on a wait list for a future run too :)

Good luck with the journey!

If you are able to figure things out the Walt's Trooper Factory kit is approval-able as well; he has a facebook group you can join if you are interested. It does not come with straps or hardware. You can see my build progress of that kit on my build thread.
