Well, here a few pics of my progress as it is sitting on my dummy. I am not happy about the helmet because I trimmed it wrong and now it has no edge. That is okay. I will get a new one after the 4th of July parade.
Anyhow... here is how things look at the moment.
Getting there! I am waiting on my boots that should come in any day now and then the detonator and shoulders. Pants and knees are done too but are not in the picture. I will post some better ones soon

Looks good. If you pick up car door trim it comes in a two pack you can use krylon fusion and paint it. Put it around the bottom edge and you will have the lip again without having to replace the helmet. I think on Jack's web site he used it for the lip on his chest armor.

I think she's talking about the rim around the helmet dome Frost. That might be fixed with a strip of plastic but a new helmet would be an easier option.

Yeah it is the rim around the dome. I cut out the dome too short and lost the rim... I am such a blone...and a she lol! I could probably fix it using a thin strip of plastic or something and then paint?
